Isabella Nerva Clark ist eine naturfarbene Bärin mit einem sanften, cremig-weißen Fell, das an feines Leinen oder frischen Kalkstein erinnert – hell, ruhig und unaufdringlich schön. Geboren in einem gemütlich ausgebauten Höhlenhaus, tief in den Hängen eines stillen Hügellands, entwickelte sie schon sehr früh eine tiefe Leidenschaft für das Kochen.
Die Höhle, in der sie aufwuchs, war alles andere als düster: durchdacht gestaltet, mit warmen Lichtern, weichen Tüchern und dem Duft von Brot, Kräutern und warmem Stein. Hier lernte Isabella, wie man mit einfachsten Zutaten große Aromen schafft – mit Fingerspitzengefühl, Neugier und viel Liebe zum Detail.
Isabella Nerva Clark is a natural-coloured bear with soft, creamy white fur reminiscent of fine linen or fresh limestone – light, calm and unobtrusively beautiful. Born in a cosy cave house deep in the slopes of a quiet hilly landscape, she developed a deep passion for cooking at a very early age.
The cave where she grew up was anything but gloomy: thoughtfully designed, with warm lights, soft cloths and the scent of bread, herbs and warm stone. Here, Isabella learned how to create great flavours with the simplest of ingredients – with tact, curiosity and great attention to detail.
